Kate has been the inspiration behind my writing journey and boy am I pleased she was able to lead me into taking a book idea into completion, it has been quite a learning curve to say the least!

Working with Kate helped me to better understand the content and flow of my writing, how best to structure my book and how to get my message across in a heart centered way which has always been my intention. Having the insights into writing styles, what to do to get past writers block, self-doubt and sabotage Kate has helped me not only write my first book but has opened a floodgate of writing another and co-authoring several more. I’m proud to say I am an author!

As a writer myself and having written an e-book about cocaine addiction, a best-selling self-help book, two novels and worked as a copywriter for blue chip businesses, I know only too well the fears that arise when we get ready to birth our creative work into the world.

The worry that we will be laughed at, that we won’t succeed, and that we may get bad reviews.

The pushing against that collective hum that apparently living a creative life won’t pay the bills or that our beloved work won’t be treated with respect.

It’s one thing spending all those hours scribbling away, it’s quite another to show the world what you’ve been working on.

That’s where I can help ease the need to please all the readers in the world, where you can connect with the ones you want to reach.

To create a great book, blog, piece of art that gives you and your reader/viewer a moment of beauty, clarity, deep thought, and meaning.

Your work is important: the world needs your creativity, your stories, your art. It’s time you believed it.

So many people feel they have a message inside, a story to tell, a picture to paint, but when it comes to actually publishing, promoting or even finishing their work, they are filled with fear. Others may have had some success, and are living a creative life, but are carrying around shame from past disappointments.

It might not be obvious straight away, most subconscious beliefs aren’t – they tend to show up through procrastination and self-sabotage. Taking 10 years to write a book, making 20 edits and it’s still not ‘perfect’. It might be only sending a manuscript to 3 agents (rather than at least 40) and then when they drop those packages in the mailbox, feeling petrified about anyone reading it.

Imagine if you could feel good when you send your work into the world, with strong intentions, with a farewell party and opening the door to the next whisper of inspiration.

We have to let our work go to allow new stories and messages to come in.

I love working writers and artists as these techniques work on two levels helping you to:

  • Relieve the daily anxiety of procrastination and instead, become creatively productive.
  • Discover the deeper beliefs that are holding you back from becoming the writer and artist you dream of being.

As this is a visual and wordy technique, I’ve found that artists and writers take to it with gusto and create stunning images to help them heal.

I have experience in all types of writing and marketing and often my clients ask me for guidance, yet my true gift lies in helping people have emotional resilience with their creative work when launching into the world.

If you think I’m the person to help you, I have a few options of how we can work together.

All sessions can be either in person at my therapy room in Peacehaven, East Sussex or online via Zoom – which is how I work 90% of my clients.

Your Consultation – The Road Map This is to introduce you to our process, we will create a plan, discuss your timeline and the goals you have for our work together. I will also show you how to use EFT/Tapping and we will work on one belief/memory during this session. We will discuss how we can work together

As a Visual Artist I have benefited greatly from working with Kate. From a rather despondent, apologetic and negative attitude when we first started work I now feel transformed. We have been on an amazing journey together via Matrix Reimprinting and I have emerged with vastly greater courage and confidence in my abilities an Artist. I have energy and belief in my creativity not only for the present but forward into a rosy productive and financially rewarding future.
Kate has a compassionate, inventive approach and is able to respond sympathetically and creatively to anything which occurs during the process. I felt entirely safe in her hands

Kate helped me launch my first novel into the world. I was unprepared (in denial, actually) for just how much of an emotionally full-on time it was going to be and I can safely say that the whole thing would have been horrendous (and indeed, probably wouldn’t have happened very effectively at all) if it hadn’t been for Kate.

Kate’s contagious energy is grounded by a thoughtful, adept professionalism and lifted by a wise, deep warmth.

We had weekly meetings where she provided strategic goal setting, astute marketing advice and firm encouragement to have faith in myself and my book.

She also listened empathetically to my handwringing concerns and introduced me to tapping, whereby, with her guidance and support, I explored and cleared the emotional blocks that were stopping me from going for the launch as whole heartedly as I might. Nervousness of failure and rejection, anxiety about what my FB friends would think, reluctance to reach out to people I didn’t know or people I’d lost touch with – all of these things were making me drag my feet and distract myself with things that weren’t helpful. Through tapping, Kate empowered me to have faith in myself and throw myself into all the aspects of the launch with energy and conviction.

Kate encourages you to be brave and go for it as fully as you can, reminding you to have fun in the process, while totally reassuring you that she’s got her eye on the marketing business game. You feel safe in Kate’s hands, thanks to her astute business insights, her sensitive and empathetic kindness and her down-to-earth humour.

Thanks to her help, my book got to Number 1 on Amazon’s Hot New Releases on the day of the launch. If you’re looking for someone to help you launch your book or business, I can’t think of anyone better. I continue to request her advice and guidance on all sorts of tapping and marketing matters and once I’ve finished my second book, I’ll definitely be using her launch service again.
