I’m Kate Marillat, Transformational Coach, EFT / Tapping Trainer and co-author of the Hay House best-seller Transform Your Beliefs, Transform Your Life with Karl Dawson.
Over the last decade, I’ve taught thousands of people to regulate their nervous systems, shift core beliefs, and find real peace - even in the middle of life’s hardest moments.
But this isn’t just theory.
It’s personal.
I’ve used these tools to navigate sudden grief after my husband died in 2020, solo parenting two boys, making a hard choice to leave my comfort zone and take a family gap year to Bali while consistently building my business after loss.
I’ve created advanced EFT/Tapping trainings, and taught deep practitioner work for over a decade.
But right now?
My priority is this:
