I’m a Hay House bestselling author, EFT trainer and founder of The Tapping Collective.
For more than a decade I’ve been teaching EFT Tapping and Matrix Reimprinting, leading transformational spaces where healing and community meet. From intimate Soul Circles to global online events, I love helping people create breakthroughs that ripple into every part of their lives. I believe in the power of circles to create change:
In 2014 I invited seven women to gather in a loft room filled with light. The same loft I'm inviting you to...
We danced, dreamed, made vision boards and set our goals.
That single day turned into eight years of monthly meetings — filled with joy, tears, births, heartbreaks and breakthroughs.
That circle changed my life.
By 2016 I began leading New Year Revolution Days.
By 2018, international groups.
By 2019, The Tapping Collective was born — and from it, twelve Soul Circles formed, many of which still meet today.
When the world shut down in 2020, we created Golden Circles that reached across time zones and held hundreds of hearts.
And when my own world shattered that same year - when I watched my husband pass away - it was the circle that held me.
It reminded me that healing happens in community, not isolation.
It taught me to lean in, to be witnessed, and to trust.
Circles have the power to transform lives — not through hierarchy or hustle, but through trust, presence and rhythm.
I know what works, and what doesn't.
